Background & Experience John Baldwin has been a broker with NAI Earle Furman since the Fall of 2003. He has focused on Industrial sales and leasing and developer representation. John is a member of the NAI Industrial Council, a member of the GGAR’s RPAC Committee, a member of the GGAR’s Commercial Steering Committee, and the President of the Board of Governors of the Poinsett Club. John holds his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. Education B.A. in English (minor in Business Administration), Presbyterian College, 1994
