John Allen
John Allen has wide-ranging real estate brokerage, development and consulting experience serving corporations, financial institutions, individual investors and public entities. John's background includes expertise in real estate valuation, due diligence, mortgage lending, acquisitions/disposition, marketing, and feasibility analysis. John began his real estate career in 1983 and has worked as a consultant throughout the U.S. Prior to joining Kuester Real Estate Services, John's most recent work was focused on assisting financial institutions in a number of areas relative to the resolution of special assets or troubled debt. These responsibilities include portfolio valuation, assessing performance probability, asset management, assessing loan losses and developing strategies for restructuring loans and loan portfolios utilizing creative approaches that involve both borrower and lender. John also has experience in loan portfolio analysis as a special asset contractor with the FDIC.
