John Alanis

John Alanis, Founder and Managing Partner of The Lewin Group, brings over 14 years of experience in real estate investments and financial services. John has worked within real estate financing, acquisitions, property management, and investment sales. Prior to The Lewin Group John was a Retail Property Advisor for NAI Global where he partnered with team members establishing The Alanis Group of NAI Northern California. The team was a top producer and awarded for unprecedented company achievements. Having dealt with a multitude of national, regional, and local retail concepts and lease structures, John brings extensive knowledge of retail property acquisition/disposition strategy to The Lewin Group. He has a bachelor of science in Finance from San Jose State University. He is a Bay Area native, and enjoys spending his free time with his wife and their son, Lewin.
