John’s 29-year real estate career has primarily focused on retail properties, working both as a tenant and landlord representative. He utilizes a client-centric approach to provide exceptional service to local and national client accounts, ranging from traditional leases to complex development transactions. Prior to joining CBRE in 2021, John found a successful career operating his own commercial brokerage, JA Commercial, which he started in 2005. At JA Commercial John was responsible for site selection, lease/sales negotiation, and formal real estate approval for various retail and restaurant clients. Utilizing his extensive market knowledge of the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky region, John gained a reputation for identifying high volume locations.
