Johanna Husena
As Marketing and Design Specialist, Johanna works closely with the President and Investment Sales team to create marketing collateral. She specializes in the graphic design of offering memorandums, social media, and email campaigns, striving to tell the story of each property through her design. Before joining Harbor Stone, Johanna worked in a similar design-oriented role with the Capital Markets & Industrial Leasing teams at Newmark. She graduated from Loyola University of Maryland, where she earned a B.A. in Communications Digital Media & Photography and an M.A. in Emerging Media & Health Communication. In her free time, Johanna enjoys going to concerts, drinking matcha, and doing different types of dancing (hip hop, heels, contemporary, ballet, & Filipino folk dancing).
