In parallel, I bring over 10 years of experience on the principal side as an active buyer, owner, and operator of commercial real estate. As a Principal at Wingmark Capital, I’ve been acquiring and managing income-producing properties across net lease, industrial, hospitality, and other asset classes, with a long-term ownership mindset centered on disciplined underwriting, thoughtful capital structuring, and hands-on asset strategy. This dual perspective shapes how I approach every transaction. I don’t view deals as one-off executions — I evaluate them the way an owner would, with a focus on downside protection, realistic assumptions, and outcomes that hold up beyond closing. I’m particularly effective on nuanced or complex situations, including sale-leasebacks, value-add opportunities, and assets where structure and creativity materially impact value. I’m also intentional about building a modern, scalable real estate platform — leveraging technology and data-driven workflows to improve sourcing, underwriting, and execution, while staying grounded in fundamentals and real-world operations
