Joey Lee

Joey Lee is a Sales and Leasing Associate in the Washington D.C. office of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. With a focus on retail leasing services for both landlords and tenants throughout the D.C. Metropolitan area, Joey brings a wealth of collaborative knowledge and team expertise to his clients. As an Associate, Joey works closely with seasoned members of the Divaris brokerage team to offer complete client representation, skillful negotiation of leases and sales agreements, and extensive market research throughout the D.C., Maryland and Northern VA markets. Joey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sport and Recreation Management and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Virginia Wesleyan University in Virginia Beach, Virginia. While pursuing both degrees, he was actively involved with the university’s men’s basketball program, competing as a student-athlete during his undergraduate years and later serving as a Graduate Assistant during his MBA studies.
