Joella grew up in Cape Coral and has been a lifelong Lee County resident. She received her Bachelor of Science in Physical Education from Florida State University and her Master in Business Administration from Florida Gulf Coast University. Joella has been married for 26 years and has three children. Joella is a licensed real estate Broker specializing in vacant land, seller’s and buyer’s agent for single-family homes and condominiums, and investment properties. She also manages her own rental income properties throughout the Lee County area.
