Mr. Moyes has over 20 years of commercial real estate development, brokerage, and commercial investment management experience. Prior to forming Kinetic Companies in 2005, Joel was immersed in commercial brokerage, consulting, pre-leasing, acquisition, investment sales, and development services in the Western U.S. During his tenure, Mr. Moyes has closed myriad acquisition and dispositions in addition to hundreds of commercial sales and lease transactions, totaling hundreds of millions in aggregate consideration while marketing an annual portfolio of over +2 million square feet.
