As a Principal at Intelica Commercial Real Estate, Joel Meyer has nearly a decade of experience in the commercial real estate business. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a commitment to the financial wellbeing of his clients' investments by providing relentless service to their assets, ensuring perennial success, year after year. Joel is primarily focused on business development in the local office, industrial, and capital markets. Joel teamed up with the Principals of Intelica in 2014 to increase their market presence in investment sales, project leasing, and tenant representation, where he has closed in excess of $500 million in transactions. He has successfully advised hundreds of tenants and real estate investors by empowering them with robust, relevant economic and market data, allowing them to make critical business decisions while managing timelines and organizational objectives. Joel focuses on providing turnkey real estate solutions to corporate clients including Bamboo Equity Partners, USPI, Green Mountain Holdings, and HBE Corporation to name a few. His success stems from his strong knowledge of professional office and industrial markets and market-leading, real-time data. Prior to beginning his career in real estate, Joel worked for seven years with an industry-leading human capital management firm. This experience has allowed him to create a keen awareness of the abilities of both landlords and tenants to weaponize their real estate investments and workplaces to create better environments for their clients and employees. Joel is licensed by the Missouri Real Estate Commission and is currently pursuing his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designations. Joel is a native of Sunset Hills, MO and currently lives in Crestwood, MO with his wife, Abbey, and two sons, Leo and Knox. When not in the office, you might find him flying airplanes, boating at the Lake of the Ozarks, or attending his sons' various sporting events and activities.
