Joel Karboske

Joel started in the commercial real estate industry in 2003 after graduating from Aquinas College with First Commercial Realty & Development, specializing in representing retailers, landlords, and developers in the sale and leasing of shopping centers, freestanding buildings, land assemblage, new development and redevelopment opportunities earning top sales awards each year. In 2007 Joel became a co-founding partner of Paramount Real Estate Services, where he was responsible for high profile tenant representation, land assemblage, site identification, purchase and lease negotiations throughout Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Some of his clients include Walgreens, White Castle, Popeye's Chicken, Dunkin Donuts, Murry Retail Group, and Bacall Development. In 2016, Joel teamed up with Gerdom Realty & Investment and continues to approach every assignment with unparalleled experience and enthusiasm, ensuring that each client receives the highest quality of service. Joel is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), National Association of REALTORS®; (NAR), Commercial Board of REALTORS®; (CBOR), Officer of the Knights of Columbus (12408) and on the board of several local organizations.
