Joel is a native of Lake Charles, LA. His professional career began in the wholesale distribution and manufacturing of millwork and building materials serving all of Louisiana and East Texas. Opportunities in this industry allowed him to transition to sales management for national manufactures of the building material industry (CertainTeed, Georgia-Gulf, Royal Building Products, Crane Plastics) and the opportunity to work and live in markets outside of the local region: Oregon, Texas, Tennessee, Arizona and Georgia. Joel relocated back to Southwest Louisiana in 2006 to support the rebuilding effort after the Hurricanes of 2005. His passion for the area and the real estate industry resulted in a career change and is actively involved full time in all areas of Commercial Real Estate. He is active in CCIM Chapters, local government, industries and community organizations benefiting children in the region.
