Sale Leasebacks and Net Lease Real EstateA Brooklyn, NY native, Cukier began pursuing his passion for commercial real estate in 2010 with a career in real estate management and development at The Rabsky Group in New York, focusing on developing luxury high-rise multifamily properties across the tristate area. Cukier later relocated to California and pursued a career in finance with MBMJ Capital and eventually combined his skills in real estate and finance to join Marcus & Millichap under the direction of Mike James, a top net lease broker nationwide who would later recruit him to join James Capital Advisors/Ascension, a firm focusing on corporate sale leaseback advisory and net lease investments. Cukier currently resides in Los Angeles with his wife and three children. Apart from his professional pursuits, he leads an active lifestyle as an avid runner, having completed multiple marathons. During his leisure time, he enjoys surfing, hiking, camping and spending time with friends and family.
