Joel Buzzard
Joel Buzzard comes from a family tradition of real estate. He learned the ropes from his grandfather Robert (Bob) Troyer of Bob Troyer Realty, whose company helped countless area residents buy and sell their homes. After graduating from IU's Kelley School of Business, Joel started his career as a realtor in 2003 and began working with his grandparents at Bob Troyer Realty in 2006. Over the years, his experience has grown to include certifications as a full-time real estate instructor and appraiser. Now he is eager to take this new role as owner of a real estate group, alongside his wife, Ashlie. "I am starting Hoosier Real Estate Group with the intention of being the best real estate company in Huntington County by providing unmatched service and value to our clients. In my opinion, real estate should never be about production, sales volume, days on the market, or rankings. Success in real estate should be solely defined by your ability to promote your clients' interests in an ethical manner," says Joel.
