Joegy Raju

Joegy is a Director in the Capital Markets Group of Cushman & Wakefield, where he works alongside Senior Director, Daniel Abbondandolo, focusing on Investment Sales in Queens, Nassau, and Suffolk County. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Joegy worked as a Sales Development Director for an engineering company where he oversaw sales pipeline and business growth to increase revenue. Under his direction, the company became accredited to ISO, OHSAS and R2 standards, allowing them to collaborate with institutional partners such as Amazon, Verizon, and AT&T. Born and raised in Hicksville, Long Island, Joegy attended Stony Brook University, where he earned his degree in Healthcare Administration, Joegy focused on healthcare management, customer experience and insurance billing. While pursuing his degree in healthcare administration, Joegy started working at St Francis Hospital in Roslyn, NY, where worked closely with the Director of Finance and Patient Access. Joegy started his career in Real Estate with Cushman & Wakefield with goals of being an integral part of the rapidly evolving investment real estate market on Long Island.
