Joe Woodfield

Mr. Woodfield serves as Vice President of Fund & Asset Management for Sterling and its related companies. In his role, Mr. Woodfield is responsible for the creation of all internal and external fund & asset management presentations, research and development of white papers, and assisting with the creation of new fund & asset management strategies. Previously, Mr. Woodfield served as Property Management Coordinator for Sterling Organization, a role in which he assisted in the oversight of the property management team and operations activities for Sterling’s shopping center portfolio. Prior to joining Sterling, Mr. Woodfield worked for NewOak Capital in its Financial Market Advisory and Mortgage Credit Services practices. Mr. Woodfield graduated with a B.A. in History from Boston College and received his law degree from Fordham University School of Law in New York.
