Joe Virgilio

Joe Virgilio is a Vice President at Strom Commercial Real Estate. Born and raised in San Diego, Joe's community involvement has a produced a large network of contacts in the retail, manufacturing, and development business communities. Along with a career in Commercial Real Estate Joe owns Plus One Surf Inc. a manufacturing, apparel and retail action sports brand located in Downtown San Diego. Plus One has allowed Joe to develop relationships with many small and large retailers all over San Diego and positioned him with an insiders look at their needs and requirements when looking to open new retail/manufacturing space. Joe graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of San Diego School of Business and maintains an active role in the University Alumni Association. Outside of his professional career Joe enjoys spending time with his wife Claudia and their 2 children.
