Joe is a Vice President with Colliers’ Office Advisory Group. He focuses on Tenant Representation in the Chicagoland market. He continues to build his practice through innovative real estate strategies that allow his clients to achieve key business objectives and cost savings. Joe assists a wide range of clients from early-stage startups to large corporations and provides a full suite of services including site selection, office acquisition/disposition, financial analysis and modelling, transaction negotiation, and transaction management. He is also part of Colliers’ Tenant Advisory Council as an Elevating Leader where he partners with colleagues & local market experts on national portfolio advisory. Joe works alongside Chicago’s Tony Karmin (Principal) and Corby Marx (Senior Vice President).
