Joe Simmons

Joe is a true renaissance man of commercial real estate. While he specializes in investment sales, Joe has a hand in all aspects of the industry from project leasing to development and tenant representation. Joe brings to the table decades of experience in the Austin commercial real estate market. His long standing relationships and thorough knowledge of the market give his clients the inside edge. Joe’s investment background runs deep. Prior to joining AQUILA, Joe held a leadership role with the Bourn Companies, a commercial real estate investment and development firm based in Tucson, Arizona, where he was partner working out of the Texas office. He also served as one of the Austin Directors for Prentiss Properties, prior to it’s acquisition by Brandywine Realty Trust. Joe aslo serves as an Acquisition Director and Partner in PV Opportunity Funds I – IV. Joe is our resident funnyman. He’s always the first with a joke and the last to break a straight face.
