Yousif "Joe" Shamoun is the Co-Founder of Elevate Net Lease, a nationally active commercial real estate brokerage specializing in single-tenant retail, industrial, and shopping center properties. With a strong focus on net lease investment sales, Joe has built a proven track record representing institutional and private clients across the country. Starting his career at just 21 years old in 2022, Joe quickly carved out a niche within the net lease space—most notably through the successful sale of numerous Dollar General stores, which became a cornerstone of his early success. In just four years, his drive, market knowledge, and client-first approach led him to co-found Elevate Net Lease alongside two trusted partners from his previous firm. Collectively, the Elevate Net Lease team brings 3–6 years of experience and has successfully closed over $250 million in commercial real estate transactions to date. Joe continues to focus on building long-term relationships and delivering results-driven solutions for buyers and sellers nationwide.
