In addition to his work on the landlord side, Joe exclusively represents a diverse mix of both local and strong national brands, including, amongst others, Shake Shack, Verizon, Burger King, Clean Juice, Amazing Lash Studio, Vionic Shoes, Vitamin Shoppe, Elements Massage, Mavis Discount Tire and Primo Hoagies. He has handled initial market penetrations, strategic rollouts and market infill locations for various tenants.
