Joe Munoz

Joe specializes in the purchase, sale, and leasing of shopping centers. Prior to joining Centers Dynamic Partners, Joe served as the Director of Acquisitions of Plaza Investments, LLC where he gained extensive experience in the purchase, repositioning, and sales of regional malls. Through Plaza Investments, LLC Mr. Munoz also served as the firm’s Leasing Agent and consummated numerous leases with national and regional retailers. A “Politico,” Mr. Munoz has worked on local campaigns and remains immersed in the local political arena, serves as the Vice Chair and is a committee member of the “Public Policy Committee” of the the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Silicon Valley which closely monitors legislation affecting business owners. A philanthropist at heart, Joe has worked and continues to work with “Children’s Network International” and other non-profit groups to assist with the development of dialysis clinics in Latin American countries with projects completed in Lima, Peru, Managua, Nicaragua, and Morelia, Mexico. Born and raised in San Jose, Joe acquired his BA in Political Science from San Jose State University. Mr. Munoz is an avid tennis player, has competed internationally and continues to teach and coach young aspiring players on a part-time basis.
