Joe Mills began his commercial real estate career in 2001, training under one of the market’s leading investment brokers. Over the past two decades, he has built a reputation as one of Utah’s most trusted retail real estate specialists, representing both landlords and tenants in complex, high-value transactions. Joe has directed full tenant rollout programs and played a key role in expanding both emerging and nationally recognized brands throughout the state. In 2024 alone, Joe and his team closed more than 100 transactions totaling over $161 million in volume.
