Joe Leahy

Joe Leahy joined Hauck Holdings in July of 2020 and represents leasing for the company. Joe is an experienced and innovative business development leader with more than 17 years of experience curating mutually beneficial relationships with partners and clients. With this expertise, Joe is fully equipped to assist Hauck Holdings, and their clients, with their redevelopment, expansion, leasing and property management efforts. Prior to Hauck Holdings, Joe cultivated much of his career experience at The Gordon Bernard Company, where he was promoted from Regional Sales Manager to Director of Business Development. During Joe’s tenure, he accomplished several notable things, including achieving a 90% client retention rate, fostering substantial business growth, and served on the company’s Executive Leadership Board. Contributing to Joe’s expertise, he has also served as an Account Manager at Iron Mountain. While there, he was tasked with identifying and developing strategies for business development. Joe holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Xavier University, as well as a Digital Marketing Certificate from Cornell University.
