Joe Kemp

Joe Kemp joined CBRE in the Fall of 2017 working under the direction of Chuck Ginster & Matt Osiecki in the Industrial and Logistics Sector. Since joining, Mr. Kemp has completed over 2,000,000 Square Feet of Lease and Sale Transactions. Prior to working at CBRE, Mr. Kemp worked for his families development and general contracting company. He participated in all facets of the commercial real estate business. This included Design, Permitting, Cost Estimating, Financing, Construction/Project Management, and Client Relations.
