Joe Grody continues to build on several decades of experience and expertise representing owners and operators, as well as developers, property owners, and landlords with their real estate interests in the retail, restaurant & entertainment, office, and industrial sectors, with a primary focus on retail and restaurants. Joe brings valuable perspective to the particular challenges of commercial real estate transactions. Earlier in his career, he was an owner and operator of several restaurants, a manufacturing company and one of the largest national retail eyewear chains in the U.S. Accordingly, Joe understands the core businesses, space requirements and long-range goals of such tenants, and is in a unique position to negotiate real estate transactions that meet the unique needs of this industry, while satisfying the financial, tenant-mix, and other requirements of property owners. Joe has continually represented major tenants, including Fortune 50, 100 and 500 companies with the national rollout and expansions of their businesses.
