Joe Farina

Joseph Farina is Executive Vice President in Divaris Real Estate’s Washington, D.C. regional office. He focuses on commercial sales and leasing services which support the expansion of Divaris Real Estate’s portfolio of leased and managed properties in the greater D.C. metropolitan area. Prior to joining Divaris, Farina formed Farina Real Estate Services, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage company. Prior to forming Farina RES, he worked as a broker with The National Retail Group of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services. Farina also held the position of senior account executive for a regional property management firm where he personally managed over 1 million square feet of commercial property. Mr. Farina holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from St. Mary’s College of Maryland and a Master’s degree in Finance from Johns Hopkins University. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Maryland, Virginia, and The District of Columbia. He is a member of The International Council of Shopping Centers.
