Joe Evans
Commercial, Retail and Industrial Sales and Leasing Specialist
Joe Evans is a Vice President of American Commercial Real Estate. Joe’s interest includes new industrial, retail, and commercial project leasing, sales, and development. Joe has experience in negotiations with both commercial sales and leasing and also large, complex, housing developments with national home builders. Joe is a graduate of the 75th Recruit Training Troop of the Massachusetts State Police academy, recently retiring after 20 years of dedicated service to the Commonwealth. He is also President and Founder of East Coast Driving School Inc., a company devoted to the mission of producing safe and confident teenage drivers. He is a 1997 graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Joe’s spare time is spent with his family and his dogs and he is actively involved in the Beagle Freedom Project.
