
Joe Dugoni is an associate of Retail Investment Sales in Northmarq’s Seattle office with a focus on the Pacific Northwest and Intermountain West. His specialties include business development and management of public and institutional companies, developers, family offices and private high-net-worth clients. Joe has more than five years of experience in retail investment sales, including acquisitions, financing, positioning and development. Joe is a team-oriented real estate investment professional with a proven track record of success. He and his team are known for their deep grasp of the market, long-term approach with each of their clients, and detailed analysis and execution. Prior to joining Northmarq, Joe served as a broker deal manager at CPX (formerly Capital Pacific), where he was responsible for business and deal management which included client servicing, sourcing and performing internal valuation and listing processes. Before CPX, he helped lead acquisition efforts at a local Seattle syndication firm, specializing in Class B and C value-add retail, industrial and office properties. Joe is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Washington. He is a member of NAIOP and the Eastside Family Real Estate Investment Roundtable. He holds a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from the University of Washington and a B.A. in finance with a minor in biology from Washington State University, Carson School of Business. Outside of work, Joe is an avid outdoor enthusiast who enjoys spending time in the mountains, skiing, hiking, and traveling, as well as spending time with family and friends.
