Joe joined Dawsons in September 2020 and is currently working as a surveyor within the Commercial department. Joe used to manage a data processing department within a social research company before deciding to switch career paths and become a surveyor. Joe has completed a level 6 Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation and became an associate member of the RICs in August 2023. His main role incorporates the management of the commercial portfolio of properties alongside side James and Lowri, undertaking valuations for a variety of purposes i.e. Lender valuations, Inheritance Tax and Homebuyer Surveys.
