Joe DeLemos

Joe assists tenants and owners in finding optimal solutions for their operational and investment needs. He is involved with leasing, site selection and development, acquisition, and disposition. Joe joined NorthStar after completing his MBA at the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University with concentrations in finance and real estate. While at Owen, Joe completed internships with J.P. Morgan Asset Management in Louisville and New York City and with Elmington Capital Group in Nashville. Previously, Joe practiced civil engineering for AMEC Environment & Infrastructure in Nashville. His practice areas included site civil and infrastructure projects for government and industrial clients. As a licensed civil engineer, Joe led multidisciplinary teams to complete a variety of design and design-build projects in the U.S. and abroad, totaling more than $200 million.
