Joe Davis

Joe works on the Industrial Services team and helps tenants and owners of industrial properties to meet their real estate needs and goals. He utilizes his financial background paired with technology and the JLL platform in order to provide each client with a unique solution. Having grown up in Columbus, Joe has deeps roots in the community and is familiar with the history of the Columbus real estate market. Prior to starting his career at JLL, he was a financial intern at NiSource, providing financial and operational insights. He also worked as Assistant Procurement Manager for The Ohio State University Wilce Student Health Center while completing his degree. Joe received his bachelor’s degree in Finance from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. He volunteers with College Mentors for Kids, Inc., working with inner city elementary school students to promote higher education and provide positive role models. He enjoys golfing and watching sports with his 3 brothers.
