Joe Cybulski

oe Cybulski is a Vice President at CBRE, Inc., the world’s largest full service commercial real estate firm. In its New York City office, Mr. Cybulski focuses on tenant representation primarily in the Midtown and Midtown South markets of Manhattan as well as Brooklyn, providing client services including lease negotiation and structuring, strategic real estate plan development, and the facilitation of the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Cybulski was an Associate with the Office Advisory Group in Colliers International’s Downtown Chicago office. Prior to Colliers International, Mr. Cybulski was an Associate with the Tenant Advisory Services Group in Transwestern’s Downtown Chicago office where he was named Midwest Young Professional of the Year within his first six months of joining the firm. Mr. Cybulski began his commercial real estate career as an Associate with Marc Realty in Downtown Chicago where he expanded his knowledge of both tenant and landlord representation practices and developed new client relationships.
