Prior to joining SRS, Joe played an integral role at Faris Lee Investments for twelve years, where he rose to the pos?ition of managing director. Joe has deep expertise in single-tenant net lease (STNL) assets, multi-tenant shopping centers, sale-leasebacks, and 1031 exchange transactions, making him a trusted advisor in the retail real estate sector.
