Joe has closed escrow on over 200 retail petroleum and car wash properties and is known in the industry for an ability to manage and close complex business transactions. He has completed due diligence for hundreds of properties in AZ, NV, CA, UT, CO, NM, IL and successfully negotiated acquisition, disposition or provided financial strategy to clients. Prior to managing Arizona-based companies, Joe had successful careers with MOBIL OIL CORPORATION (Marketing & Refining Division) and SHELL OIL COMPANY (Exploration and Production). His career expanded significantly with assignments as Treasurer at Mobil Europe in London and Manager of Planning at Mobil Oil Espana in Madrid. At Shell's mid-continent division, Joe held assignments as Production Engineer and Facilities Engineer.
