Jody Lanier

Jody's experience includes New Home Construction, Residential and Commercial Real Estate Sales, Property Redevelopment and Property Management. He holds the highest certification level awarded in the State of Georgia for Real Estate Appraisers in both Commercial and Residential properties for over 20 years. He has been a licensed Real Estate Agent for over 20 years and a Broker for over 15 years. He also holds a certification as a Community Association Manager. He graduated from the University of Georgia with a BBA in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate. He is a member of the Savannah Board of Realtors and Savannah Homebuilder's Association and is actively involved in many local civic organizations.
