Jody Hancock

Jody Hancock serves as the Broker-in-Charge of the Southern Shores West Ashley location, Director of Sales, and is also a licensed and accomplished Realtor. He graduated from Francis Marion University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts in History. A Charleston native, Jody is familiar and knowledgeable with the Lowcountry region and beyond. Jody boasts over 15 years of sales and business management experience with top corporations, and his experience has translated to client and property owner satisfaction. As a real estate investor himself, Jody developed a passion for the real estate field and obtained his real estate license in 2007. In addition to quality service, Jody focuses on new areas of business and sales development for Southern Shores.
