Jody Brannon

Jody Brannon, a North Texas native, was born and raised in the Wichita Falls area and continues his strong ties to the community. A graduate of Texas Tech University, Jody received a BBA degree in General Business and found his way into real estate with McDougal Realtors in Lubbock while still in college. Jody's real-world education in real estate developed as he worked and learned from the owner/broker of Hirschi Realtors. To him, the most important traits to possess in the real estate business are honesty, integrity, and a willingness to go the extra mile. He takes pride in all that he does and puts the interest of his clients before all other, including his own. Along with real estate, Jody is enthusiastic about his family including his wife, Brandi, also a Wichita Falls native, and their two young children, Sadie, and Bryson. Jody is equally enthusiastic about serving his community and is actively involved in his Church, Rotary Club, Mavericks, and board of directors’ responsibilities at the local & state level in Austin.
