Joaquin Manriquez

As part of the JLL Retail team, Mr. Manriquez is a Vice President supporting the Midwest brokerage team in their efforts to develop business and negotiate the selling, leasing, and marketing of commercial real estate properties. His responsibilities include market research, financial analysis, new business development, transactional support and all necessary measures to support decision making. Additionally, Mr. Manriquez is responsible for developing and maintaining strong retailer relationships. Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Manriquez was with Fox Associates as a Director of Client Services, which included oversight of client relationships and the coordination of new business integration and research on all new opportunities. Mr. Manriquez attended Indiana University where he earned a bachelor of arts in sociology. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
