Joanne Argenti

Joanne joined RIPCO in 1993 and specializes in both Landlord and Tenant representation, focusing her efforts mostly on Long Island and the Outer Boroughs. Joanne has over three decades of experience in the retail real estate industry. Joanne’s Landlord representation has included, Kimco Realty, Regency Centers, First Washington Realty, RPAI (Retail Properties of America), Federal Realty Investment Trust, and many others. Joanne’s tenant representation has included notable retailers such as TD Bank, Big Lots, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Hand and Stone, Pure Barre, ProHealth Dental, and Auto Zone. Prior to joining RIPCO, Joanne worked as assistant to the Vice President at Kimco Realty for six years. Joanne is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
