JM Priddy

JM is a Vice President within the DFW Brokerage Team and is licensed in both Texas and Arkansas. Since joining JLL, JM has focused his time on industrial tenant representation at a national level. He spends the majority of his time, along with the additional team of five brokers, focused on industrial portfolio management, supply chain consulting, and are strategic partners for their clients. A wide client base from 3PL’s, LTL Freight Forwarders, and Big Box retailers, JM has a great understanding of how large corporate occupiers run their real estate. His experience ranges from lease negotiations, portfolio management, financial analysis, and site selection. Experience Prior to joining JLL, JM worked for a single-family developer here in DFW. Focusing on client relations, as well as quality control. During his tenure at Landon Homes Development, JM was recognized as a rising star in the industry and was focused on development opportunities in North Dallas.
