Jimmy Woody

Jimmy is Managing Partner at Insight Property Group. After earning a bachelor's degree from UNC Wilmington, Jimmy began his career in Raleigh as an operations manager with outdoor power equipment distributor Mid-Atlantic Stihl. In 1997, he and his brother launched Bikers Boulevard, a full service Harley-Davidson dealership. Upon earning his NC Real Estate Broker's license, Jimmy began his career in commercial real estate in 2000. With a focus on leasing and selling commercial properties in the Triangle area and providing tenant and landlord representation for various companies and owners, Jimmy has been involved in over $100M in real estate transactions. Jimmy is an active member of the Triangle Commercial Association of REALTORS and is currently seeking his CCIM designation.
