Jimmy Ullrich

During his 19-year career, Ullrich has executed more than $1 billion in transactions. His real estate practice is focused on advising industrial developers and investors throughout the country. Prior to joining Colliers, Ullrich led a New York City based team at Stan Johnson Company (now Northmarq). They focused on Southeast industrial investment sales, national net lease sales, and 1031 exchange representation. Before moving to New York City, Ullrich spent 12 years in Tampa Bay at JLL, Colliers, and PwC. When not working, Jimmy enjoys spending time with his with his wife Tiffany and four young children, exploring New York City, traveling, reading, and seeking out an occasional outdoor adventure.
