He is a local graduate of Conrad Weiser High School and has dual Bachelor’s Degrees from Penn State, University Park, in Economics and Business Management. Prior to real estate, Jim’s professional experience was in finance and banking having worked within several Fortune 500 companies. He speaks fluent English and French. A huge sports fan, he follows the Knicks, Eagles and Mets. His hobbies include baseball, basketball, fitness, entrepreneurship, art, and, most importantly, his church, family and friends. Jim Thelusca is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, and the Reading-Berks Association of Realtors.
