Jimmy Stevens is a native of Atlanta and a 20-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry. He has successfully closed more than 500 lease transactions and worked with clients ranging from 1,000 to 100,000 square feet. He is currently represents approximately 4,500,000 square feet in the Atlanta market and has represented numerous portfolios. Mr. Stevens also has extensive experience in property sales including investment, land, industrial, and office. He is a recipient of the Phoenix Award from the Commercial Board of Realtors and recipient of Ackerman & Co.’s Top Product Broker of the Year Award.
