Jimmy Pickel

Jimmy joined Southeast Venture in 2000 and became a principal at the firm in 2020. He has been involved in all aspects of the brokerage and commercial real estate business. Jimmy specializes in client site selection and acquisition, commercial and industrial land sales, urban in-fill redevelopment, and industrial and office leasing and sales. Prior to joining Southeast Venture, from 1994 to 2000, Jimmy was a leading salesman in the Middle Tennessee region selling primarily to transportation and construction companies. He received the Million Dollar Sales Award in 1998 and 1999.
