Jim Zemezonak

Prior to starting Boulders Realty Advisors in 1999 in Scottsdale Arizona, Jim served as the Managing Director at Landauer & Associates, a national real estate firm owned by AEGON Insurance. Jim formed Boulders Realty Advisors when the Landauer offices were sold to Grubb and Ellis in the late 1990’s. Preceding his involvement in Landauer he co-founded the Financial Services Group of Frain, Camins and Swartchild (Chicago), a leading independent, brokerage group that is now CBRE. He served as a partner during his time at both FC&S and Kennedy Midwest, a pre-eminent real estate auction firm. In total, Jim has been involved in over $2 billion in transactions as a broker. He is a CRE (Counselor of Real Estate), graduated from UW-Madison (Real Estate) and sits on various boards.
