Jim has worked in many capacities starting his career in 1971 specializing in commercial real estate since 1985. Jim is the co-founder of the RE/MAX franchise system in Windsor, has developed properties from the ground up as well as leased and sold millions of square feet of buildings and land in the South Western Ontario market. He has completed graduate programs and has the required experience to hold the elite and coveted CCIM and SIOR designations. Jim has extensive experience in brokering Industrial, Retail, Investment, Development, and Institutional real estate. He is considered a leader in the industry.
