Jim Wetzel

Originally from Cleveland, OH, Jim moved to Charlotte in 2004 after earning a BA in Political Science from the University of Akron. He spent 7 years as a PGA professional in the Carolinas before joining Mercedes-Benz in 2010, where he spent almost 8 years as one of the top sales producers in the southern region. He then received the opportunity to join MECA Commercial Real Estate as a broker, fulfilling his career dream to bring his sales talent into the commercial real estate industry. Jim lives in Fort Mill, SC with his wife and two children, ages 2 and 5. When not working or chasing around toddlers, he enjoys playing golf, baseball, and following Formula 1 racing and the Cleveland Browns.
