Jim Watson

Jim was formerly the Senior Vice President and Director of Leasing & Property Management for Pitcairn Properties and brings more than 30 years of hands-on leasing and management experience to Maguire & Partners Property Group ("M&PPG"). Jim has been responsible for the marketing efforts and leasing of approximately 2mm square feet of office, flex, and industrial property. Jim is a registered real estate broker in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and has numerous industry affiliations include TriState Real Estate, CoreNet Global, and the National Association of Realtors. Jim is currently responsible for the leasing of many properties under M&PPG ownership. Jim is a graduate of LaSalle University. Jim and his wife, Kathy, live in North Wales with their two children.
